Important: Excessive dosage may cause a natural tingling sensation on skin or shortness of breath which will subside within a few minutes – should this occur, halve your next dose. GAMA Complex need not be taken every day.

Recommended Usage

When needed, dissolve 1 level teaspoon gaba complex (2.5G) in a very small amount of water and drink 30 minutes before sleep, or use as directed by your healthcare professional. 

Dosage may be increased to 1 rounded teaspoon (5g) if directed by your healthcare professional.
